Our job offers in our Job Channel are updated regularly and are all vacant.

Your application should contain at least the following documents (as pdf):

  • An informative application letter
  • CV
  • School diplomas; if not available, please send us your most recent grade card.

You can also include a photo and further certificates or internship attestations. This allows us to get a comprehensive impression of you.

The application process is divided into four steps.

  1. First of all, the application will be sent to us by mail or via the online application portal, whereby the application should include a cover letter as well as your complete curriculum vitae with the relevant diplomas/certificates.
  2. Once you have submitted your documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will then review the application and forward it to the relevant departments, which may take some time.
  3. If the review of your application is positive, we will invite you to an introductory interview, during which we would like to get to know you better. In the further course of the application process, potential employees of the production department are invited to a trial work session as well as to a further interview with the administrative department.
  4. If the interests of both parties are in agreement, the final step involves the conclusion of an employment contract between you and Ludo Fact GmbH. 

We invite suitable applicants to a first meeting to get to know you as a potential employee. During this meeting, we will ask you general questions about yourself and the individual stations of your CV. Of course, we would also like to know what specialist knowledge you have for the selected position and why you are interested in this vacancy and in Ludo Fact. You are also welcome to ask any questions you might have about Ludo Fact, your career opportunities, your tasks and your future team.

Internal and external training courses and systematic development of junior staff and managers strengthen the skills of our employees individually and according to their specific needs. The human resources development programs range from specialist training courses to executive development modules.

We offer the flexitime model for administration and the annual working hours model for production. 

Furthermore, it is also possible to work part-time with us, as far as the operational processes permit.

Apprenticeships/dual studies

 

Ludo Fact offers apprenticeships for the professions industrial clerk, machine and plant operator and IT specialist. We also offer the opportunity to take part in a dual study program. Apprenticeships/study programs always start on September 1st.

Machine and plant operator: This apprenticeship requires a secondary modern school leaving certificate. The theoretical lessons will take place at the State Vocational School Lindau and is attended in blocks. Accommodation will be in the student's dorm in Lindau, the costs of which will be assumed by the company. 


Industrial clerk: This apprenticeship requires an intermediate school leaving certificate, entrance qualification for a Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification) or the general higher education entrance qualification. Vocation schooling will take place in blocks at the State Vocational School Center in Günzburg.


IT specialist: An intermediate school leaving certificate with good grades or a higher qualification is required for this apprenticeship. Vocation schooling will take place in blocks at the State Vocational School Center in Lauingen. 


Dual studies: An entrance qualification for a Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification) or the general higher education entrance qualification is required to enroll in college studies.

Since the review of your application and the selection procedure can take a certain amount of time, you should always apply as early as possible. However, 8 months in advance is a minimum. 

In addition to the qualified trainers, each department has an apprenticeship officer who is responsible for our apprentices.

The dual study program is characterized by the cooperation between the company and the university. You will get to know the practical side of work at the company and will be able to deepen and expand it through the theoretical content you will learn during the lectures at college. During your training, which lasts 7 semesters, you will work in different departments and gain a better insight into the various business processes. Once you have completed your training, you will receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).

Ludo Fact currently offers a dual course of study in business administration. The lectures are held at the University of Applied Management in Ismaning. Should you find other universities with similar framework conditions in which you are at the company from Mondays to Thursdays, we are open for suggestions.

The tuition fees and semester fees will be covered by Ludo Fact after consultation.
